Atlanta Wedding Photographers at AtlantaArtisticWeddings have Urban Wedding Shoot with Bride at Krog Street Tunnel by Inman Park and Cabbagetown
As a Atlanta wedding photographer I get to shoot at so many unique landmarks through out the city. This weeks landmark is the Krog Street Tunnel located near the Old Pulman Yard and off of Dekalb Avenue. It connects the historic Inman Park neighborhood and the historic Cabbagetown neighborhood.
I want to first share the history of this Atlanta land mark. The bridge was build in 1913 for the railroad company over a hundred years ago and runs under Hulsey Yard. In recent years the tunnel has become a haven for street artists. They graffiti there is like a living mural where it changes constantly. Every time I have been there it still smells like fresh paint. The graffiti over laps each other and turns in to ever changing piece of art. People have even written wedding proposals on the wall there.
The official address of Krog Street Tunnel is 86 Krog Street Northeast Atlanta, Georgia 30316. I am even including a google map to get you to this Atlanta landmark.
Thank you so much for visiting this Atlanta wedding photographers blog. I would love for you to keep coming back and to drop me a note at the contact section of the website. I promise I will get back to you.
