Sarah Newman, Photographer

Sarah is a lover of anime, donuts, sushi, sushi donuts (yes, that’s a thing!) and her adorable Boston terrier, Luna. She currently works as a product photographer in downtown Atlanta at a prop rental house for television/film. She also assists on set with a local photographer on television shows shot throughout the city. While photographing food, products and film stills are her main passion, she also enjoys taking pictures of living things, including people, which is why she’s had fun photographing weddings. Although her shooting style is quite different from David’s, she believes the wedding day is all about the bride and groom, and she wants to make sure you come first on your day. Her favorite aspect of photographing weddings is the first look because it’s a special moment and feeling a couple will only share once.

Sarah is a 2016 graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta where she specialized in food/product photography.

She also has a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from Chengdu University in Chengdu, China. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Lizzie is also a visual designer, who has been designing for more than 10 years. When it comes to her work, she’s not a fan of tradition or following trends. She likes to break convention and is up for trying new things.

Alongside her scholastic accolades and immense talent, Lizzie is the photo editor for the photography team—an integral part of Atlanta Artistic Weddings. She’s a hard worker and gifted artist, whose diverse skills also include interpreter, second photo shooter and designer on many weddings. Though she’s laid back and a nerdy kind of girl, she doesn’t take her role as photo editor lightly. She strives to make sure that all clients have the most epic photographs possible.
