Natural Lighting and Classic Black & White Wedding Photography

It is such an honor being a Atlanta wedding photographer!  I try my best to document the wedding as unobtrusive as I can.  If you have been reading my blog you notice my that I love classic black and white wedding photography and using natural lighting.  Natural lighting can include ambient lighting as well.  This particular wedding was done by candle light.  It gave it a very timeless and intimate feel to the wedding.

This particular wedding had a Dr.Who theme to it.  You can see the Sonic Screwdriver in his pocket.  When I was shooting I wanted the photos to look as natural as possible.  Also when I am shooting a wedding I don't want to be the center of attention using a flash in the middle of the ceremony.  Could you imagine how the mood of this photo would have changed if I would have used the flash.  This way you can get the natural lighting of the candle light.
