Wedding Exit with great couple! and 1963 Chevy Impala!

I recently had the honor of shooting a beautiful wedding.  It was in Madison, Georgia a small town outside of Atlanta whose streets are lined with historic homes and wonderful historic downtown. Madison was founded in 1807 as the newly formed Morgan County, and named for President James Madison.  The Town was know as the "the most cultured and aristocratic town on the stagecoach route from Charleston to New Orleans".

The day could not have been better.  The weather was perfect not too hot and not too cold.  It was clear and the sky was blue.  The wedding was held at the 100 year old Methodist Church there.  Everyone at the church were so gracious.  The church had recently been restored to it's original splendor.  It had large columns and the classic stained glass windows. The front of the church had the large pipe organ.

The couple had their reception at the cultural arts center.  They came in with the Elvis "Trilogy" with the Elvis shades!  They could not have been more fun!  During the reception there was much dancing and fun!  The coolest part of the wedding and their engagement shoot was that the groom had restored his very first car he had in high school.  It is a 1963 Impala.  A true classic!  I got took this photo right as they were riding off in to sunset together.

I hope that you enjoy thephoto as much as I did taking it.  Thank you so much for stopping by I would love to hear from you.  Please go to www.AtlantaArtisticWeddings.com and drop me a line in the contact section.  I promise I will get back to you.

Thanks again!

David
