In the heart of midtown Atlanta there is Atlantic Station. Atlantic Station is an upscale commercial and residential area. At its heart is the open-air Atlantic Station mall with all kinds of stores from popular fashion and home decor stores to restaurants and hotels. The major landmark there includes the Millennium Gate Museum, with temporary art exhibitions, and the Robert C. Williams Paper Museum. Near the Georgia Institute of Technology campus where students come to enjoy the nightlife and eateries.
As a Atlanta wedding photographer at AtlantaArtisticWeddings I have shot a few weddings there and they have always been a blast! There are so many great locations for photos in the area. It is one of the great locations to get a Atlanta skyline! There are a couple of hotels in the area. Where you can have your wedding at and a place to host your wedding guests!
The area is centrally located in near the heart of downtown and Buckhead area. You can walk to the High museum if you like or just stroll around the area and window shop. You can easily uber or take public transportation to to one of the many sporting events Atlanta offers such as the Falcons or Atlanta United the most popular up and coming sport in town!

There are many great locations around the Millennium gate museum to take wedding photos. It is amazing how the lighting is always changing around there. With in a few minutes before sunset or in the morning there the light changes immensely. I can change from a warm orange glow to a a cool blue background!
But a city is more than a place in space, it is a drama in time.
