Restored 61 Chevrolet Truck and 63 Impala Make for a Great Back Drop for a Engagement Session

Let me share with you one great engagement shoot I had this weekend. This couple was great!  When we first meet I got to know them.  One of the things the groom shared with me was that he still has the original 1963 Impala that he had in high school.  He then told me he was going to use it for his exit at his wedding.  He then told be about his restored 1961 Chevy pick up.  I was so excited to see these antique vehicles!

When we meet this Saturday I was sohappy to see two classics!  The 61' Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck and the 63' Impala rolling up to site where were going to do the photos!  It was classic Americana for a classic couple.  I admired all the details of these classic American cars.  I just love the front end of the C-10 pickup truck with this majestic grille and headlights.  It just looks like it means business. The Impala is the one of the most popular automobiles during that time.  It has the sleek lines of a real American car!

As a Atlanta wedding photographer  I love it when I get input from a couple and they want to express them selves and show a little personality.  I can tell that the cars are a extension of their personality they are down to earth and just fun people!  I could not have asked for more, except for a little cooler weather in July and we know that is not going to happen in Georgia.

Thank you so much for visiting I would love to hear from you.  Drop me a line in the contact section or leave a comment here.  I promise I will get back to you!

Thanks again!

David
